Following the carnage of Pearl Harbor, hysteria rips through California as they prepare to launch a defensive against Japan, secure their coastline, and…evoke laughter? This comedy portrays people in their most stock type-extreme, with mental illness running rampant on the California coastline! Will the selected deranged officials be able to defend their coastline and protect their panic-wrought citizens, or will their own nerves get the best of them?
