Alien Nation (1988) - R

In a few years Earth will receive its first contact with an alien civilization, the Newcomers. After years of quarantine and high-security measures, the Newcomers will slowly be integrated into society where they will ultimately face the prospects of a discriminatory society. When first Newcomer police officer Sam is assigned to work with Matthew Sykses, an atypical racist veteran of the force, an initially antagonistic relationship slowly develops into one of respect as they work together to investigate the Newcomer underworld and its leader William Harcourt.

The cast includes: James Caan, Terrence Stamp, Kevyn Major Howard, Leslie Bevis, Mandy Patinkin, Peter Jason, Conrad Dunn, and Jeff Kober.
