All of Me (1984) - PG

Millionairess Edwina Cutwater is aging and despising every minute of her continual creep towards death. Determined to cheat mortality she calls in her lawyer Roger to change her will, arranging for her "soul" to be captured in the body of an agreeable younger girl. But when the operation goes awry, Edwina's soul ends up in the body of Roger instead. Things get seriously entertaining thereafter.
