An American Werewolf In London (1981 - R)

While sightseeing in Europe, two American students are attacked by a werewolf, mauling one and killing the other. Though the werewolf is killed, it reverts back to its human form, allowing the town to deny the existence of such a "mythical" creature.  But when the surviving student begins having nightmares about his becoming werewolf-like, he wonders whether or not he in fact, has become a werewolf himself.  As the body count rises, and apparitions of recent victims begin appearing to the student, he's forced to confront a harrowing decision in hopes of freeing his victims from their curse.

The cast includes: David Naughton, Griffin Dunne, Jenny Agutter, John Woodvine, David Schofield, Lila Kaye, and Joe Belcher.
