Comedy ensues when consumer guinea pig Feilding Mellish falls for political activist Nancy. In a wacky turn of events Fielding ventures to San Marcos where he finds himself the President of the country. On a trip back to the states Fielding runs into Nancy who, smitten with his new political prestige, decides she may just be interested after all. But has time and distance changed Fielding's mind?
