After helping the FBI bust an inside job Rick is given a new identity and relocated. Fifteen years later he stumbles upon his former fiancée who recognizes him. With Ricks "minder" having been replaced by another corrupt agent who reunites with the agent Rick convicted, the two set out to relocate Rick and make him pay for the past. In a series of action packed chase scenes, Rick and his fiancée attempt to evade the bad guys long enough to recapture them.
