Blue Sky (1994) Tommy Lee Jones plays Hank Marshall, a straitlaced, by-the-book Army engineer and nuclear scientist who helps oversee nuclear weapons-testing in 1950s America. As an outspoken opponent of atmospheric testing, he's becoming a thorn in the Army's side, clashing with his superiors, who hold contrary views on the issue. And then there's the matter of Hank's voluptuous, fun-loving wife, Carly, whose antics become the bane of his personal life, forcing him to move from one Army base to another.
