When Father Flanagan starts the "Boy's Town" after hearing a story of an old convict, a restless Whitey Marsh decides to enter the picture. Soon enough, Whitey runs away but returns again once hunger sets in. After another attempt at running away he returns a second time after his friend Pee Wee gets hit by a car. Again, Whitey runs away for a third time to join his brother's gang which sparks Father Flanagan's quest to capture the hoodlums and save the town.
