The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Neurosurgeon/comic-book-hero/samurai/rock star Buckaroo Banzai and his gang, the Hong Kong Cavaliers, are assigned to protect our dimension from the 8th dimension's evil nemeses called "John". Assisted by ex-wife look-alike Penny Pretty and some extra-dimensional Rastafarians, Buckaroo sets out to save the world of this dimension from total destruction.
