The resolute Kimberly Wells, a reporter investigating alternative energy sources, witnesses an accident at the nuclear power point. Determined to give voice to the incident, Wells is suddenly onslaught by a series of people conspiring to keep the incident and the rest of their unethical practices a secret from the ignorant public.
