The sequel to City Slickers begins right after Curly's passing with Mitch Robbins stumbling upon one of Curly's old treasure maps, coincidently, on his 40th birthday. Rallying experienced City Slicker-er Phil and his black sheep brother Glen, the three set out in search of Curly's gold allegedly buried in the Arizona desert. But when the map is suddenly missing, will the three perish in the heat, or will they use their city smarts to climb their way out of their sandy graves?

The cast includes: Daniel Stern, Billy Crystal, John Lovitz, Jack Palance, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Patricia Wettig, McKinney, Beth Grant, and Linsday Crystal.
