DEAD CALM (1989 - R)

John and Rae Ingram decide to take a sailing ship across the Pacific Ocean to help inspire Rae on her road to recovery from a terrible car accident. During their sea vacation they run across a sole survivor from a sinking ship, Hughie. Thinking Hughie's story suspect, Rae goes aboard the sinking schooner to investigate, therein immediately learning the dark truth. But before John can warn Rae, Hughie takes control of the Ingram ship and kidnaps his wife. Can Rae regain control of her ship while her husband fights to keep the schooner afloat long enough to rescue her from Hughie?
