Humans begin to prepare for survival after news of a deathly comet's course to impact the Earth. Through a random selection process, eight hundred thousand people are chosen to keep the human race alive. These people will join the likes of 200,000 scientists doctors, and other vital professions where they will inhabit large underground caves in hopes of enduring the "Deep Impact".
