Disclosure (1994) - R

When computer software company Digicom merges with another corporation the successful and happily married Sanders prepares for a much awaited promotion. But when a wild woman from his past walks in and usurps his promotion Sanders suddenly finds himself in a precarious situation. As Meredith begins to move in on her former lover the victimized Sanders is left with no other option than to file sexual harassment charges against his new female boss. But when the sly Meredith skews the story, Sanders is suddenly desperate to convince the courts, and his company, that he truly is the victimized innocent at the mercy of a dangerously ambitious woman.
