Enemy Mine (1985)

When a soldier from Earth crash-lands on an alien planet, he encounters a survivor from an enemy species.  But survival mandates the two team-up, working together to stay alive in a hostile new world. Along the way, however, the Earthling finds himself suddenly attached to his enemy partner in ways unforeseen.

The cast includes: Dennis Quaid, Brion James, Louis Gossett Jr., Scott Kraft, Herb Andress, Richard Marcus, Bumper Robinson, and Carolyn McCormick.
