Five Easy Pieces (1970) - R

Now working the weathering job of an oil rigger and living with his waitress girlfriend Rayette, Robert Dupea was once a talented young man with a prospective career as a classical pianist. But when Robert catches wind of his father's failing health he drives up to Washington to pay his respects. There, he is confronted with the reality of his father's mortality and the cultured lifestyle that he once left behind.

The cast includes: Jack Nicholson, Billy Green Bush, Karen Black, Fannie Flagg, Sally Struthers, Marlena MacGuire, Lois Smith, and Richard Stahl.
