Local hijacking boss Red Meyers have consumed the intentions of San Francisco detectives Freebie and Bean for as long as they can remember. After months of tracking Meyers they stumble across a lead. But before an arrest warrant can be granted the film takes and interesting twist when Freebie and Bean discover that a hitman has been hired to off Meyers. Can they bring down the bad guy before the sniper?
