New York City homicide detective John Sullivan is still traumatized by his father's death 30 years later. But when John stumbles across his father's old HAM radio, a rare atmospheric phenomenon allows him to communicate with Frank, collapsing the 30 year time gap between the two men. Together the two work to change the past in hopes that they can discover and stop the serial killer responsible for the murder of John's parents before he commits the heinous crime once again, thirty years ago.
