Chili Palmer a Miami mobster and loan shark for thug Ray Bones is sent to Vegas by Bones when debt arises. There Chili meets Hollywood horror film producer Harry Zimm. In a tangled networking of mobsters, drug-dealers, and all the poobah of Tinseltown, it promises to be nothing short an interesting ride for Chili Palmer.
