Hoosiers (1986 - PG)

Based on a true story, a small-town Indiana basketball team is rescued from their horrific record by a coach with a sketchy past in 1954. With the help of a town drunk along the way, the unlikely 'athletes' will soon find themselves playing for the title at the State's Championship, with much controversy, drama, and scandal ensuing along the way.

The cast includes: Gene Hackman, Barbara Hershey, Sheb Wooley, Dennis Hopper, Chelcie Ross, Fern Persons, Robert Swan, Wil Dewitt, John Robert Thompson, and Michael O'Guinne.
