Brash pilot Tuck Pendleton volunteers for a top secret project where he will be miniaturized and injected into a lab rabbit. As plans falter Tuck ends up inside hypochondriac Jack Putter instead. With terrorists after Jack and the miniaturized Tuck, the two's fate lay in the hands of Tuck's journalist girlfriend Lydia. But will Jack's romantic interest get in the way?
