Four years after his escape from Isla Nuba's dangerously failed 'Jurassic Park' experiment, Dr. Ian Malcolm is informed by project coordinator Hammond that there us yet another 'Jurassic Park' site: "Site B"; the island where the dinosaurs are first hatched and bred before their transportation to 'Jurassic Park'. Having been left to their own resources since the disaster four years previous, Hammond assembles a team to document the dinosaurs living in their "natural" environment before it becomes exploited by others; such as the mysterious group Malcolm and his team soon encounter once on the island. This film expands the man vs. nature motif by adding a man vs. man conflict just prior to the inevitable reigning terror of the fury of the dinosaurs.

The cast includes: Jeff Goldblum, Vince Vaughn, Richard Attenborough, Julianne Moore, Pete Postlethwaite, Arliss Howard, Vanessa Lee Chester, Harvey Jason, Peter Stormare, and Richard Schiff.
