Look Who's Talking (1989)

Left heartbroken and alone to raise a child conceived from an affair with her longtime client and partner Albert, Mollie searches for the perfect man to father her newborn son Mikey. Along the way she encounters taxi-cab driver James who seems the perfect fit, for Mollie anyways. With a young yet determined mind of his own, little Mikey has fun testing James' skill at parenthood. But when Albert reenters the picture Mollie is left with the difficult task of choosing between the father of her son and the charismatic man she's come to love.
