Lost Horizon (1937)

British diplomat Robert Conway escapes certain death after his plane crashes in the secluded paradise of Shangri-la. Conway and the surviving civilians find themselves comforted by the lush landscape that blocks their eyes from the nearby nightmare of World War II which is steadily approaching. But, eventually all good things must come to an end, or do they?
