With Neo and the crew still battling the machines Neo begins to learn more about his heroic abilities, understanding the code of the Matrix. Simultaneously, Neo is having omens of Trinity's death which he approaches the Oracle with. Meanwhile more and more humans are choosing to leave the Matrix and live in the real world. But with Zion as the only real-world city left standing Neo, Morpheus, Trinity and the rest of the crew must save Zion from the slew of sentinel rebels threatening to destroy it.
