When Neo is captured by "trainmaster" Merovingian, he is suspended between the Matrix and the Source. Trinity and Morpheus race to free Neo before Zion is destroyed by a slew of sentinels whose numbers are impossible to defeat this time around. But with agent Smith multiplying his program within the Matrix in a plan to overtake both worldly realms, both the race of the machines and the humans have become endangered. With Neo being "The One" it is up to Trinity and the crew to free him from the trainmaster in time to defeat Smith and save the human race.
