Miracle on 34th Street (1947)

Macy's Department Store exec, Doris Walker, hires a new Santa Clause for the upcoming holidays.  What she doesn't know, however, is that "Kris Cringle" is the real deal. Despite Doris and her six-year-old daughter's skeptical perspective, Santa sets about trying to prove his real identity, even if that means a legal hearing to do so.
