Alicia Huberman has fallen into a riotous lifestyle of alcoholic and sexual precocious-ness after the US government for treason convicts her German father. Approached by a US agent, Alicia is asked to spy on her father's alleged 'Nazi' friends stationed in Rio de Janeiro. As Alicia becomes more involved with her work, dangerous and personal relations ensue.
