College-buddy-trio Mitch, Frank, and Beanie are desperate. With Mitch discovering his new girlfriend's infidelity, party-man Frank settling down, sort of to his new wife, and Beanie desperate to abandon his family-man status for a quick hiatus back to his youth, the three men set out to organize their own fraternity; its headquarters at Mitch's new house, ironically located on a college campus. As the men recruit a pack of social misfits both old and young to don their banner, the boys must overcome the interference of an odious Dean Pritchard who's had it out for the three since their first wild days in college.
