When world intelligence agency leaders discover their agents being rapidly murdered they begin to make memorandums of qualities agents would need to evade homicide. When Flint goes to the Moscow Ballet to teach he finds his life suddenly in jeopardy and begins to search out the mad scientist who's crazy plot is responsible for Flint's precarious situation.
