Radioland Murders (1994)

In this madcap farce from producer George Lucas, it's 1939 and Chicago radio station WBN is celebrating its broadcast debut. Staff writer Roger Henderson (Brian Benben) is trying to patch things up with his estranged wife Penny (Mary Stuart Masterson), who also happens to be the de-facto station manager. Meanwhile, someone is knocking off various and sundry network employees. When Roger is fingered as the prime suspect, he tries frantically to clear his name -- while his unfinished program is about to go live.

The cast includes: Mary Stuart Masterson, Brian Benben, Ned Beatty, George Burns, Christopher Lloyd, Corbin Bernsen, and Michael McKean.
