High-rolling billionaire casino owner Donald Sinclair stages the largest betting game Las Vegas has ever seen as a way to entertain his fellow billionaire patrons. The game: six teams race around the country chasing after a 2 million dollar jackpot stuffed away in a locker at destination to be announced. With the odds at one in six the only rule is to be the first one there. What the "rats" don't know is that Sinclair and his billionaire buddies are betting on the outcome of the race and are secretly following the contestants every move. As the rats get closer to the jackpot, it seems each trounced obstacle only leads to more twists and turns and laughs than one can count.
