As the perils of WWII heighten, a group of high school students rally together to begin a rebel guerrilla force called "Wolverine" to fight off the Central American and Soviet soldiers invading their town. With the pressures of war wearing on the adolescent and inexperienced guerillas, they must do their best to dissuade the Soviet bloc forces hunting them down.

The cast includes: Patrick Swayze, C. Thomas Howell, Charlie Sheen, Lea Thompson, Darren Dalton, Jennifer Grey, Doug Toby, Ben Johnson, Harry Dean Stanton, Brad Savage, and Ron O'Neal.
