Red Planet (2000)

Fifty years in the future, with a polluted Earth growing uninhabitable, scientists set their sights on Mars. Terraforming efforts on the red planet have faltered, however, and so a manned rescue mission is launched. But the mission's crew (Val Kilmer, Terence Stamp, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Tom Sizemore), upon their arrival, must confront a lethal dilemma of their own.
