The Running Man (1987 - R)

This futuristic thriller/parody features a bizarre TV show, The Running Man, which allows felons the chance for freedom, IF, they can outrun deadly nemeses. After host Damon Killian hears of infamous ex-cop-turned-convict Ben Richards, Killian does everything he can to get him on the show. So while Killian is running for his life in an altered 3-D reality show, Killian spends his time upping the ratings. Will Richards escape the deadly game in time to avenge the many wrongs of this twisted futuristic totalitarian state?

The cast includes: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Yaphet Kotto, Maria Conchita Alonso, Jim Brown, Erland van Lidth, Jesse Ventura, and Marvin K. McIntyre.
