Depicting a brief snippet, roughly a day and half, of down-on-his-luck Harry, we watch as his avoidance of his impending money crisis with his less than successful business by daydreaming of youth and innocence. As the day progresses Harry employs a whirlwind of wacky events like premeditating arson to his warehouse for insurance money, picking up a prostitute/ hitchhiker, hiring strippers to entertain his pals, attending a fashion show, and engaging in an animal rights campaign. But when a sudden flashback of the war enters Harry's mind, will he have the revelation needed to pull his life together?
