School of Rock (2003)

When former rock star, Dewey Finn, finds himself facing financial disaster, he decides to raise some money a la a 4th grade substitute teacher at a local private school.  But Dewey's unconventional ways stir up the pot more than the institution predicted, causing a ruckus with his musically inclined antics.  Throughout the antics, however, Dewey discovers guitar prodigy, Zack, who can possibly help Dewey resurrect his musical career, solving his professional and financial problems with one swift stroke of the chords.  But things are never as simple as they seem… or are they?
