Seabiscuit tells the story of a stocky, short-legged descendant of MAN O WAR, who was considered a long shot, though this remarkable horse proved them all wrong, and gave hope and encouragement not only to the broken human beings who owned, trained and rode him, but Depression-weary America, who embraced this tough, determined and talented winner. Seabiscuit won Horse of the Year honors in 1938.
