Spaceballs (1987)

In this farcical spoof of Star Wars, legendary goofmeister Mel Brooks concocts a funhouse mirror-image of George Lucas's far far away universe, where the dreaded Dark Helmet (Rick Moranis) plans to kidnap Princess Vespa (Daphne Zuniga) and steal all the air on her home planet of Druidia, on account of all the air on planet Spaceball is too polluted. Fortunately mercenary-for-hire Lone Starr (Bill Pullman) is waiting in the wings to save the day. Brooks himself stars as the wizened sage Yogurt, who schools Lone Starr in the mysterious ways of "The Schwartz".
