In the twenty-third century Admiral Kirk's mid-life-crisis is in full swing when assigned to accompany his former ship the Enterprise. Now serving as a Starfleet Academy training ship, the Enterprise will engage on a two week cruise under Kirk's assistance. But when exiled villain Kahn returns with the power of creation in his hands, the mission turns deadly as the Starfleet must now find a way to save the galaxy from the evildoer.
