Framed, eastern boys Skip and Harry are shipped off to a western prison where they find adjusting to their 'new way of life' rather difficult at times. But when the cat gets out of the bag about Skip's bronco-riding talent, it seems the warden may have plans for Skip in the upcoming inter-prison rodeo competition.
