Take The Lead (2006)

Antonio Banderas is a former professional dancer in the improbable position of offering his talents to students in the New York public school system. A culture clash ensues between the tradition-bound Banderas and his hip-hop loving students. It is resolved in inspired fashion as Banderas combines the best of old and new, creating a unique dance fusion that transforms the class. Based on the true-life story of dance instructor Pierre Dulane.
