After an American nuclear submarine sinks to the bottom of the ocean, the Navy asks a group of nearby oil riggers and Navy SEALS to locate the sub and determine the cause of the crash. Once underwater, however, the crew realizes through a series of unnatural events, that they may not be alone in the dark waters of mystery surrounding the sub.

The cast includes: Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Ed Harris, Michael Biehn, Leo Burmester, Todd Graff, J.C. Quinn, Kimberly Scott, and John Bedford Lloyd.
