Based on actual events, The Accused covers the story of young Sarah Tobias who was raped in a bar by three men. With attorney Katherine Murphy at her side, the two set out to accuse not only the prospective committed rapists, but also the male spectators who stood by and cheered. But with Sarah's past working against Murphy, will the attorney be able to avenge the crime or will one girl's mistakes cost her the justice she deserves?
