The First Wives Club (1996)

The funeral of a mutual friend brings former college chums Annie (Keaton), Brenda (Midler) and Elise (Hawn) together. The fate of their friend, who committed suicide after being ditched by her husband for a younger woman, draws the trio's attention to their own futures. Each has their own two-timing ex -- and now it's payback time, with the cheating hubbies on the receiving end of some well-deserved and farcical comeuppance.

The cast includes: Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn, Diane Keaton, Maggie Smith, Marcia Gay Harden, Dan Hedaya, Stockard Channing, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
