Soul Man (aka The Imposter) (1986) - PG13

On his way to Harvard University, the last thing affluent and equally confident Mark expects is a problem. But when his father's psychiatrist advises Mark's father to take a Hawaiian vacation instead of filtering money to his son, a panicked Mark seeks financial support, from a black only foundation. Many bronzing pills and "soul voice" session later Mark makes his way to Harvard as the "Soul Man". But once in a different skin, Mark will discover that being a different color comes with its equally different set of social standards.

The cast includes: Arye Gross, Rae Dawn Chong, C. Thomas Howell, James Earl Jones, Linda Hoy, Ann Walker, and Leslie Nielsen.
