The year is 1933, ten years after the terror of the mummy Imhotep was allegedly ended. Now married and living in London with their son, Rick and Evelyn O'Connell are quickly uprooted from England and whisked off to foreign lands to, once again, dissuade the evil Imhotep who is once again searching for immortality. Meanwhile, a darker more sinister force, descending from ancient Egyptian mysticism, has been unleashed in the world, threatening Imhotep's quest. Eventually the two forces will collide with the world's fate determined by the end result. But can the O'Connell's stop both evil forces and save their son before it gets that far?
