This action thriller/parody depicts the story of an innocent man sent to participate in the Running Man, a futuristic capital punishment game show in which the audience participates in deciding the victim's fate. While the game show host is busy evaluating the show's rating, the participant is forced to run for his life form a slew of angry men with chain saws and sharpened hockey sticks.
