After a Soviet submarine Captain finds himself grounded on American soil he sends his only two English-speaking sailors to secure a boat powerful enough to pull them back out to sea. But the Russians don't exactly fit in with the local Americans and suddenly the whole town is panicking with the fear that the Russians are invading America.

The cast includes: Carl Reiner, Alan Arkin, Brian Keith, Eva Marie Saint, Jonathan Winters, Paul Ford, Tessie O'Shea, and Theodore Bikel.
