The Stepford Wives (2004)

When married couple Joanna (Nicole Kidman) and Walter (Matthew Broderick) move to the seemingly idyllic suburb of Stepford, they quickly sense that something is terribly wrong with their new friends and neighbors. All the wives of the Stepford husbands seem to be acting in creepily robotic fashion, with the notable exception of their alcoholic friend Bobbie (Bette Midler). Is it possible that the husbands are systematically replacing their wives with sex-slave cyborg duplicates? 

The cast includes: Nicole Kidman, Matthew Broderick, Glenn Close, Christopher Walken, Bette Midler, and Jon Lovitz.
